It's can't be solved without animation glitches. Of course i trying to repair it but results were is uncomfortable.

My hlmv clamps fps at 100 but is has no effect to utilize CPU.

i did not tried it .. i still believe i ll found a pro for making a copy "working" of a hl dlls with the 20 years old monsters from opposing force..

your hlmv is starting with one cpu/core at full load .. may be there is an "interaction" with the multimedia high precision timer.. ???? that was started and used by the multimedia video..
by the way with all others files i opened it keeps back there at 100 % with one core..
