From my testing, just make a brand new cube brush, then move one of the vertices so it isn't 90° anymore, and then move the brush. Copy'n'paste counts as moving the brush.
So in theory, you should be able to set down a brand new cube, put the vertices where you want them, and then leave it right there and NEVER move it...then place another brand new cube, etc. etc. But that's a LOT of work. Shouldn't have to do that much work.
If you right-click your vertex and then click "Move Vertex" you'll be able to see if there are decimals or not.

Would be awesome to know a fix for this, as all of the RetroBlazer maps are made in QuArK 6, and it's been a huge issue there for a really long time...some of the maps in the old demo were so bad that a box had to be put around them to stop the leaks.
