Я думаю дело в том, что тут настроечки воды и текстуры нужно крутить... Очень и очень долго ) Тогда будет айс.... А так главное - что это есть и работает =)

Вопрос лишен смысла. Это честные шейдеры по отражению кубемапы. для шм - 1.4 - GL_DOT_PRODUCT_REFLECT_CUBE_MAP_NV, для 2.0 - просто reflect.
